I’m trying to cancel my subscription and it keeps telling me to contact support and it wont let me cancel.
Does account management show you a billing date when you go to manage the account?

Yes, I get billed again on May 31st. My wife is also having the same problem and it wont let her cancel either. We both have active subs.
It let me chose to start cancelling, but I don’t need to move far enough to check futher. Try another browser or use incognito mode.

It let’s me go through all the steps, but then stops me at the end.
Select reason for cancelling, I hit continue then it says
“If you cancel now, you’ll still be able to play until your subscription ends on May 31, 2023 6:06 PM.” I hit cancel and it says,
“Please contact [Customer Support] to update this information.”
Have you tried removing the payment method?

That is strange. Try removing the payment method as Sendryn recommended, but if this issue persists, please submit a ticket so a Game Master can take a look.
