I swapped from Horde to Alliance and it seems I can no longer pick up the quest of loose ends from Old Grimtusk, he just doesn’t have anything for me. I looked up where I was in the quest chain on WoWhead’s tracker https://www.wowhead.com/quest-completion-tracker#us-stormrage-westén so I’m stuck I have no idea how to fix this.
Are you determining this by actively talking to him or just observing a missing quest icon overhead? You might be too high level for that to appear if you don’t have trivial quests tracked via your minimap.
e.: The above may still hold true once you meet the unlock requirements for that quest so I won’t delete it.
But further sleuthing indicates you haven’t completed two pre-requisite quests on that character at the time of this post:
