i have very little left to lose, its why i want to try get it back.
You just have to have received only one copper and that will get you for trading gold. Doesn’t matter if it was innocent as you say, you received dirty in game currency and the ban is justified. You even said yourself that you gamble in game and that’s enough for ban also. Sounds like yet another player trying to lawyer their way out of a ban/suspension.
Their logs say otherwise and this forum is not for making your case.
They have made a final decision. There is no case left to be made.
For all account actions Blizzard has always used Templated responses.
Well at the current rate this thread will likely be locked by a SFA Blue in the near future because there is nothing that can be done.
All I want is the community’s support so I can try to speak to a human, or at least have it investigated one last time.
You have spoken to a human. Each appeal is done by a GM an actual human. They will always use templated responses as to not give details that would benefit RMT/Bots from avoiding detection.
It’s final you have no more appeals.
But that isn’t what we do here. Generally no one has any stance on an account closure either way because no one has any facts to back up either stance other than Blizzard.
That doesn’t mean we aren’t empathetic, just that we aren’t going to rally for one outcome over the other, and simply keep pointing you in the direction you need to go.
If you have appealed to the point where they tell you any further appeals will be met with further action for GM harassment, then I’m afraid that’s as far as you can go at this time.
I do encourage you to keep your ear to the ground for any changes in the future, as their continued investigations can sometimes lead to new datapoints they didn’t know to look for. They’ll often go back over their work with their new insights and adjust their actions accordingly. Mind that may not happen for you, but it’s a not-zero chance.
There isn’t a flag big enough.
This thread needs to be locked.
EDIT: Thanks Orlyia.
