I have tried 3 browsers and still can’t add a payment method… tried pay plan, tried mastercard… it just spins and spins. help please unless you don’t want my money.
Not sure if you’re still having trouble or not Lightwulf, but here are some things to try:
First off, make sure that any pop-up blockers are disabled. Then make temporarily disable any antivirus/security software just to make sure they’re not blocking things.
Another thing to try is to remove all other methods of payment and then just re-add the single one that you want to use.

Nope don’t have pop up blockers up and nothing has changed on security settings since I last changed pmt methods. And yes I still have an issue
It’s on them, I’m having the same problem. It won’t let you add payment methods or buy anything at this time. Says try again later.

Hmm…when I go to add a new payment method I get a swirling Blizz “recycling” logo (for lack of a better definition) that doesn’t stop spinning. Is that what either of you are experiencing too?
Mine hasn’t timed out or given me an error of any kind yet…just keeps spinning.

Odd, still not working for me! Can’t add a payment method. It only asks if it’s Credit or Paypal and then hangs. I wonder if there’s some sort of ISP issue somewhere along the way.

So, I bought a mount in the launcher instead and it let it go through finally and because it allows you to check “save method” I know have a payment method saved. So the website seems to be the issue but at least its saved now I guess. Thanks for nothing Blizz… too busy cube crawling I guess.
Definitely seems like something is up as when I go to the shop and click on adding a subscription, I get this now:

I’ve been having trouble trying to subscribe with paypal, it says thakns and gives me a sub #,
then nothing happens, So i tried adding my debit / credit card, and the same thing happens as everyone else, just get the blizz icon spinning and spinning.
Also, noticed this was 3 - 4 hours ago that OG posted, so 3 - 4 hours later, the error is still occuring, I’ve also tried the battle net desktop app, ive tried their website, and I’ve also tried my mobile phone, still getting issues with all 3.
Same issue, I can’t add any payment options at all using the website and launcher. Have also tried disabling adblockers, using different web browsers (I even used EDGE).
Just spins for 20-30 seconds and then gives up.
Asking this be looked into.
The spinny cursor is often a sign something is blocking - but this sounds a bit different.

Yeah, just checked again this morning with security software off and it’s still just spinning for me at least.
I’m experiencing the same thing. I got myself all excited to sub back up to the game, then Blizz tells me my money is no good here. lol Hoping this gets resolved before too long.
Seems to be working for me now! I wasn’t able to reach Twitter this morning either and when that cleared up, the Add Payment option also started working. Makes me think that there was as disconnect somewhere along the route.
Hope it’s working for others too!

Still have not been able to update payment info. I removed it all trying to fix the problem as I couldn’t get past processing either, and the plan was to just put in the information again once I cleared it all.
But now I can’t and I can’t resub lol, that was the plan.
Edit: Scratch that! It’s just decided to work.

I’d recommend listing off the actual things you’ve tried so far as this thread is extremely old.
Have you removed all your payment methods? Re-added just the one you want to use. Tried from another device or incognito browser?
