Got a new iphone replacement today. Did a backup and synced phones but the blizzard authenticator did not get transferred over to my new phone.
Tried to download a new authenticator from app store but it said to download the mobile app because the authenticator is getting phased out. I cant log in to battle.net mobile app without my authenticator though. How do I proceed to be able to play wow again?

Of course not, missed that. You probably need a ticket. Ideally you would have access to the old phone to login to the new one.

Once you get back up and running, make a note (somewhere besides in your phone) of you authenticator’s Serial and Restore codes. That will make any future situations like this much easier to navigate.
You’ll need to have the Authenticator Removed, Lolegan. The link Perl provided should allow you to put in a ticket.
If you still have the same number and you have SMS Protect/phone notifications set up you may be able to do it through there.
