Can't access authenticator to be able to login since my mobile device crashed

can just delete this, it’s pointless. lol

Generally you wait until you’re at the front of the queue.

You have a ticket number so it will be addressed when they get through all the ones that were submitted before yours. Last I saw they were averaging about 48 hours.

Depending on the category you submitted it under, account and game access take priority over almost everything else.

You installed the bnet app? The stand alone authenticator should not be avaliable.

Did you also have phone notifications set up? That would have sent a text to your phone number to also help in these cases.

The code sent to the authenticator would have been something different.

SMS Protect, or phone notifications, was not technically a authenticator. It was an alternative method to remove the device, and help to reset the account in case one could not log in.

So if you have SMS also set on the account, and your phone is still set to the same phone number you should be able to self help via the website.

Isn’t there a restore code or something? I recall when I set up the authenticator it asked me if I wanted to save a picture of it in case I had to recover it.

Iphones should also be able to self restore from the apple store if I recall.

If you had the 4 extra bag slots, you would have had both the authenticator and phone notifications. Otherwise probably not.

Try this in a different browser, or incognito mode.

https://account.battle.net/recovery/en/identify-account.html?requestType=REMOVE_AUTHENTICATOR

It is asking for email or phone number.
