Can't access account/check ticket

I submitted a ticket last night because I can’t login to Battle net and when I continue to WOW Play, It doesn’t log me in there either. Anyway, Looking today it doesn’t show the ticket I created yesterday! I usually get excellent service and response from Blizzard, so something else must be going on.

What kind of ticket did you try to put in yesterday? If it was a Live Chat ticket and you navigated away from it, then those are considered abandoned by the customer.

If it was a Bug Report, those are only reports and you don’t get a reply to those.

However, if it was a standard ticket, you should be able to see it using the following link:
https://us.battle.net/support/en/case/

Tickets cannot be closed by Blizz without some sort of response.

That said, you seem to be able to log into the forums without issue, have you tried running a repair on your WoW install?

Hi it was the one where you upload trace, MSInfo, etc. Live chat was not available. Nonetheless, I do not see it. I did do some of the recommended DNS flush stuff and a couple of other things. Ran through my modem settings etc. I received the following msg at attempt to play You have been disconnected. BLZ51901016. FYI I checked for sys update on both the laptop and desktop. Thank You as always. P.S. I had also changed my password today. Now looking at your forums I see perhaps resetting game settings may help, so Ill try that now. Thanks!

Also BTW I did run a repair on the laptop last night to no avail. However, I am going to check a couple of things like resetting in game settings. And I will go to the desktop and work from that primarily. If that fails, I’ll try to haunt my ISP, if that fails, I will then be sad.

I’m not showing any tickets successfully submitted from your Blizzard account Asylum. It looks like your attempt to open a ticket may not have been successful. If one is submitted you should immediate receive a ticket ID number and an email confirmation.

The error you’re seeing has some troubleshooting that you can try here. Since you are able to login on the forums to post, it seems like this is definitely a connection issue more than an account one.

If the troubleshooting steps in the article don’t help, you can also post on the Technical Support forums where members of our Tech Support team do respond as well.
