Can't Access 3rd Foothold in Horde War Campaign

I am a newly created level 45 High Mountain Druid doing the BFA quests to unlock the Zandalari Troll allied Horde race. I am doing these quests with my daughter on her newly created level 45 druid, so we can both unlock the new races (Trolls and Vulpera). We have completed all the Zandalar achievements, and have moved on to the War Campaign.

We began it well enough, completing the First and Second footholds with no problems. After completing the Second Foothold, my daughter was able to select the Third Foothold, but I am unable to even access the War table. When I mouse over it, it simple highlights green but is not actionable.

I’ve tried running a different character out there to do the war campaigns, but I’m not sure how far along in the BFA questline I have to go before the War Campaign becomes available. I have only gone as far as establishing my Embassy in The Great Seal. No War Campaign quests are available for the new character there (that I know of). The “War Table” in the Great Seal only shows me the 3 starting points for Zuldazar.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I’m not sure what character your daughter is using so I wasn’t able to compare the two of you, but it’s possible that she had something complete that you do not.

Do you have any other characters that may have gone through the Battle for Azeroth quests? I believe you may need to complete the introduction to Island Expeditions by completing the “Island Expedition” question. Once you complete it on one character on the account you shouldn’t have to do it again, but if you’ve never done it before on any of your characters, that might be the difference.

That was the problem! Thank you very much for your help. I guess she must’ve completed that Island Expedition at some point on another character. Thanks again!
