Cannot xfer off locked realm

What happened to the free transfers off of locked Cata realms? I transferred half my characters, and now I have the other half stuck on a dead realm. Are you seriously expecting us to pay for transfers off of realms that you locked and that have no group content because you locked them?

Plus, now I have half my toons on different realms, and I’m expected to drop $100-$200 to move the rest?

I’m hoping this is a mistake because this is unacceptable.

As far as I am aware they, as well as paid transfers, have been temporarily disabled to address an issue.

Can’t say, Free transfers are at the discretion of Development, not CS.

The paid transfers still seem to work, so I’m not sure if this is accurate information.
