Cannot use restore item service? Says account not found

I can log in and play and everything but when I try to use the restoration service, it tells me " We can’t find your World of Warcraft account" ?

It seems to be working, but that is wierd indeed. Try a different browser, and make sure the link to support has US, not EU in it.

That was it. Seems when I click the link to support from my account it keeps trying to load EU for some reason… really bizarre.
