Cannot use Chromie

Hello , I cannot use Chromie timewalking on my new toon. I am now level 26 , I started at exiles reach. I’ve been reading a lot and it seems like I have missed the part where I have to make a tour of Orgrimmar. I cannot get that quest back. I also tried starting BFA , unlocked the portals. Still Chromie won’t let me use her services.
Chromie is saying :
Hey there
If you’re here to ask about timewalking, I’m afraid you’ll need to become more familiar with the present before you can visit the past.

Maybe I can send you back once you’ve toured the city and met with the warchief.

Sadly I don’t know how to get back the ‘‘tour the city’’ quest. Any help ?

Theres a NPC in gromash hold that u met in the reach try talking to her.

I’m there at the moment , Don’t seem to see any relevant NPC , what’s his name ?

OK I SOLVED MY PROBLEM

I had to find CORK FIZZLEPOP , Goblin , right at Orgrimmar entrance to the left. He gave me the quest Finding your way. I didnt see any !!! Icon , I had to talk to him to see the quest
