I have completed the regular campaign. Using wowhead, I have verifed that I have done all 3 of the quest chains (Mourning Rise, Broken Tools, and Merrix and Steelvein). Any idea why I cannot unlock earthen at the embassy in SW?
On which character did you complete the campaign?

Many characters. Including the Warlock I was posting with.
Something is definitely wrong. I know with 100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000% certainty that I have completed the full campaign on my Warlock, Druid, Paladin, Death Night, and Hunter. When I posted this help request, I would use this command to check and see if I have finished the quest “Return to Dornogal” using the command /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(83503)) Before I posted this forum post, I had verified that on my Warlock and Druid, when running the command /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(83503)) it said true. Now it says false.
I’m not sure why it would have said true.
I can confirm that on many of your characters you completed all of the campaign up Surface Bound and Renown of Khaz Algar, but none of the quests that follow.
You need to have all 4 major factions to Renown 4 before you can get “The Fleet Arrives”, which you do not appear to have yet.

So all I need to do is get my renown for The Assembly of the Deeps from 3 to 4, and the quest “The Fleet Arrives” should become available?
It should be: The Council of Dournogal, The Assembly of the Deeps, Hallowfall Arathi, and The Severed Threads.

I was just was just hoping you could verify that all I needed was to do The Assembly of the Deeps, because according to my end, the other reps were already over 4.
The display on my end for the Severed Threads is a little weird, so I couldn’t see that was specifically 4. If it is, then yes, Assembly of the Deeps which is 3 should grant you the quest when you raise it to 4.
