Anachronos is not in the Great Seal of Dazar’alor. I can’t turn it in so I can progress through the Mag’har recruitment quest line. I have dropped the quest and tried it again and he still doesn’t show up???

Im i. The same boat i abandodned it onceand finishes that part again and he is not at tirn sight have you figured out the problem with i dont see any replies was just curious
I’m trying to do this right now and Can’t find him still. If I vist him at the caverns of time can I turn it in there?
OK took me a While to figure out but I’ll put this here for anyone else that Encounters this Problem. If The Quest NPC is not in the portal Room of the Great Seal it means you need to finish the BOA Intro Quest. This can be picked up at the Enterance to the Zandalor Trolls Zone or in Ogrimmar in front of the Warchief’s Building. Once your Done with this you can finish The Mag’ar Questline.

Alternatively, you can hearth out, return to Org, take the portal to Zuldazar and hand in there. Then talk to Eitrigg to continue.

This worked!! Run the intro quest at the docks and follow the princess all the way up, continue to finish the quest near the maps on the table. Chief Telemancer Oculeth appears as he should.
I believe the quest start for this is: The Stormwind Extraction. And note if you have already done this you can skip the scenario on alts. You need to complete 3-4 quick steps including talking to the King, being named Speaker of the Horde and then visiting the Great Seal Hall of Portals where Oculeth will be summoned.
