I am on Shu’Halo realm and cannot get anyone to craft my gear on my main toon (Koraena-Shu’Halo) due to low population. I have bought a server transfer, but it keeps giving me an error of “this service cannot be used on a character that owns a house or a neighborhood.” I have done everything to try to get the transfer to work. I have never owned a neighborhood on this toon, but did use an alt to create a guild neighborhood. I had the GL try giving my toon GL and follow steps that worked for someone else from another forum, but still has not worked. I have cleared all mail off of all toons, waited today for Tuesday reset to get rid of any instance blocks. Relinquished my house and left my guild. Please help!!! I am at my wits’ end!!!
From what I can see, Sakora, you are the manager of a neighborhood, Casual Canopy. The neighborhood owner should be able to remove that position.

The only other issue is on the bulletin board the GL does not have any options to “remove” me as a manager. The only way I have been able to do this was by leaving the guild. Sorry I posted this while logged into my alt checking mail. The toon in question is Koraena-Shu’Halo
I can see that the character was removed from the guild, but you are still listed as Manager of a neighborhood. As far as I know the Owner of the neighborhood has to remove the role from that character.
Note, it needs to be the owner character and the owner of the neighborhood I mentioned hasn’t logged in since April.
I don’t believe Support has the means to update those options.

Can you see who is the listed owner? Because I established it on my alliance toon Koralise and gave GM to GL Havock at the time I believe or on his toon NyxPal. I have been back on since april on all of these toons except maybe NyxPal.
Nyxpal is the guildleader for Ironveil, who have their guild neighborhood, that looks like it is named Casual Canopy.
There is also one that looks like a charter neighborhood of the same name, that seems to belong to an alt of a character in your guild (Stormriderr). If their alt cannot change managers this would likely be considered a bug and we’ll need QA to take a look.
Please let me know if/when that person can check if they can remove you from the neighborhood.
