I’ve been trying to submit a support ticket since last night for " Cannot Skip Campaign Quests to Unlock Covenant Soulbinds" but I keep getting it kicked back for some error. Can anyone help me with either getting a ticket open or how to fix this soul bind stuff I’d love it.
Do you mind looking at your quest log on the given toon and list what you have on them? Could’ve done the quest and gone past the skip quest.
No quests or anything, I tried going up to the 3rd arch in the campaign too.

Yes, the support page when I have everything filled out keeps kicking it back to me with an red box for error.

This gave me the same error that I’ve been having. I posted a screenshot on Imgur (imgur com/a/pfzkRqE)
I’d try it without the image added on and see if that works. They shouldn’t need an image to see where you’re at in the questline etc.
Before doing that, it might be worth clearing out your cookies and cache in your browser, or trying a different browser (Edge, Firefox, Chrome etc.)

I thought that too, still have the same issue with both points.
If you’re still having trouble, try reducing the ticket text down. We’re aware of an issue with the support website right now where certain words/combos prevent a ticket from being created. While work on that is ongoing, we’ve found that creating a ticket with “Test” should work and then you can add more to it after it is created.
