I guess Blizzard no longer allows for ticket submission when there is an issue?
This has been the most frustrating way to try to receive help and there is no option to submit a ticket when I cannot find a relevant article.
That said, I just want to play old content and cannot see it in the game, nor my quest objectives. I have ensured I am in the correct timeline.
Are you no longer allowed to do old content if you have not purchased the new expansion?
A ticket is something a GM can help with, not general questions, like billing issues, account issues (AKA, someone hacked the account, lost the email to said account, trying to find said account).
But to try to help; did you turn on low level quest tracker? Are you doing the intro expansion quests to have NPCs phase in that’s linked to quest chains? Did you picked up a number of quests before dropping them?
What level are you, where are you, and what exactly are you trying to do/go? Be specific, and if you have to just pick something that you trying to do.
There is the option of playing classic as well.
What are you attempting to do? Which character, what levels? Those are all details we may be able to use to assist you in your struggle. GMs cannot give game hints though, and they also cannot handle a bug (usually), those need to be given as bug reports if you are encountering one.
Generally speaking, Game Masters are not able to direct your game play on what you should do or where to go, etc… We usually suggest visiting our forums or other sites for that kind of game play related information.
If you believe you have encountered a bug, that should be reported in the Bug Report forum or through the in-game Report a Bug option under the Support in the Main Menu.
It might help to know what you are trying to do, on what character and what you are experiencing that you believe isn’t working correctly?
If you’re able to describe your issue, folks here are usually willing to try to help, since the GM won’t be able to. They’ll get you going! As folks have mentioned above, stuff like that generally falls under gameplay hints and tips, which isn’t a GM thing. You could also try the Quests forum, and/or hit up the search box with the quest you’re having issue with, and see what other solutions have been.
