I have tried to submit a ticket in-game for a quest issue, and keep getting the message I haven’t filled out all the boxes (there is only one box and I did fill it out with quest name and issue). So I tried to submit the same ticket through this website, same issue. How can I contact Blizzard Support?
I am having the same issue actually for a mail retrieval ticket.
We’re currently seeing an issue with our website that appears to be preventing access to the Support Site to submit a ticket. We are looking into it.
Okay, thanks for the information, Vrakthris. In the meantime, is there anywhere in the Forums that might be good to post my actual issue that a GM would see it and be able to help? I cannot currently do any War Campaign stuff until the problem is solved.
I’m afraid not, Pepperonni. Our Game Masters only respond to tickets, live chats and callback requests via our Support Site. They do not look to the forums for contacts.
Perhaps if you provide a bit more information on what you are experiencing we can help.
Worth a try! Here’s a copy/paste of my ticket:
2 Linked quests. 1. The Kul Tiras Campaign: Chose a foothold of Drustvar; quest log continues to show “0/1 Choose a Foothold”. 2. Foothold: Drustvar: Shows complete but there is no way to turn it in… Admiral Tattersail is not offering any transport. Have abandoned and redone both quests, disabled all addons, run a WoW Repair, even tried on a different computer that has WoW running perfectly on it. Can not do any War Campaign stuff without these quests, Help please!
Did you abandon both quests at the same time? I think that might have been part of the issue.
You should be set and able to turn in The Kul Tiras Campaign now. Foothold: Drustvar has been turned in.
