Cannot server transfer (Please clear mailbox)

Hi I purchased a 3 pack of server transfers to get my 3 characters off of a dead horde server to a populated one.

I was able to transfer 2 of my characters but my warrior cannot be transferred. Every time I try to transfer him, it says “Please clear the mail from this character’s mailbox”, however it’s been 4 or 5 days now, I have no new mail, I have not sent out mail in months (resubbed after 8 months) and I figured maybe it was my brew of the month club mail that was holding it up, but that has since come and been deleted from my mailbox. I am stumped. Not only that, I cannot find out a proper way to submit a ticket for this.

Looking to transfer from Atiesh - US West to Whitemane - US West. As stated before, I was able to do this with 2 out of 3 of my characters, same servers.

I’m having a hard time navigating to open the proper ticket, do you know how I can open one efficiently? Every option I try keeps redirecting me to support pages but not to actually open a ticket.
