Hi, I am unable to select my wotlk character Jaxum on Mankrik in the change characters menu. Please assist! The character does not show up. I need to be able to select my character to claim him in Warcraft Logs.
Try deleting your browser cache and relogging a few or so times. It’s the forums and armory being a bit wonky. So it sometimes takes a bit.

I’m afraid there isn’t really anything we can do to force it to show up, Jaxum. As Sendryn recommended, try clearing your browser’s cookies/cache and relog a few times. That should usually update the Armory.
If not, the best I can recommend is posting in the Website Bug Report forum to let our Web team know. The Armory can be a bit finicky at times and often just needs a swift kick.
