I can not seem to log in. The Battlenet launcher is just sitting there turning at the screen where you put in your email and pwd. I have actually made it into the connection screen 1x, but it just continues to connect… until it doesn’t. The internet connection is fine. I can load any of the other games on my PC that are online (RAID, WoR, etc) and are having no problems with load speeds (2.5GbS UL, 2.43DL). The internet seems to work fine. I can watch YouTube, Netflix… whatever I want… just no WoW. I was able to log into Classic 1x, but not retail…
Have you tried rebootingbur computer.
Same, all day I’ve been trying to get into Retail, and only can get into Classic’s (Can not find info anywhere on it) And dealing with the Loading of B-net launcher/ Trying to get into the game, cant get past Logging in to game server. Then get (You have been disconnected. (WOW51900328) And I’ve Reinstalled wow, B-net Launcher. Wish i could get some Info on when it will be fixed.
The game and launcher are up and running smoothly as of this post, similarly when OP first made this thread.
You’ll want to make a post over in Technical Support to get assistance specific to your situation preventing you from logging in.
Facing the same problem here. I think the Battle.net login server has problem…
Same issue, reinstalled the launcher, I’ve updated everything. All yesterday evening i could not get in game, hit “Log In” and it hangs on “connecting” for a short while before “you have been disconnected. (BLZ511901016)” pops up. Still doing it this morning.
So have you?
- Reset your Retail WOW UI? (make sure you get the retail components since you sound like you have classic installed as well, and they have different directories)
- Have you run a repair on Retail WOW
When creating a post in support, always try to respond with the results of anything you do, and if it fixes the problem or if you continuing to have issues, that will reduce your getting the same suggestions over and over, and help other people might have a similar issue. It can also help people advise on what your next steps could be.
Very possible yours is not the same issue, by the looks of it.
same issue, can get into all games but retail, but IF I go and log into the account I kept open on the Euro servers, I can get into retail there. Just not retail on the American servers. only thing I haven’t tried so far is a game re-install, but if I can access everything else I don’t think that is the issue.
have you tried to logon using wow.exe to bypass the launcher <located in retail or classic (if you have it installed)

Any fix to this yet? Been dealing with the same issue for two days. I have completed every step listed on their troubleshooting forum and even went as far as uninstalling/reinstalling Battle.net, WoW, AND Windows 11. STILL can’t log in. WTH
Same, but the problem presented itself for me around 2:00 CST, I have been seeing the battle.net app reconnecting a lot since then as well and have not even been able to access my mail…

if you have done all the trouble shooting steps on the blizzard forums then it must be some setting on the server side. that is out of the trouble shooting glide(s) for the players
Im in South Dakota.
So, after searching through old forum posts on the Blizzard tech support forum from 2019, couldn’t find anything on the wow tech support forums, the issue has to do with a change they made to how ISPs connect to them. Larger ISPs take no time to get updated, smaller ISPs take longer, hard to say how long. The only solution in the interim is to use a VPN. All 3-4ish of the current posts on the wow tech support forum are almost certainly this same issue. It’s ridiculous that Blizzard hasn’t addressed any of it given that this is an issue that’s come up multiple times in the past but, c’est la vie.
I am also experiencing all the exact same issues as you, and in North Carolina so Geo can’t be the issue. Today is day 4 of not being able to login. I also did everything listed on the forums (Reset user interface, reinstall launcher, reinstall wow, reinstalled driver updates, reset modem, reboot pc, deleted curseforge and all add ons, Done every single option and still not working. Im hard wired and have 980mbps download and upload?
Same issue here. I can’t even get onto battle.net launcher now though I can log into the website. I’ve tried deleting cache, wtf, flushing dns and resetting router. I even called my ISP which sees no issue.
Only battle net games don’t work. I also tried other computers in the house. And they hvae the same issue.
