I’m Alliance, in Tirisfal Glades zone. I died ontop a hill. Specifically the back entrance of Old Undercity. There is NO Alliance spirit healer. And I CANNOT reach my body. If I try to travel to another Spirit Healer, I’ll just be transported back to the graveyard with NO spirit healer.
I tried opening a ticket. My issue isn’t listed and cannot create ticket. Now I’m going to log off and wait for an available tech. Since I cannot play my character.
Pretty stupid. And I’m very irritated.
There should be an automatic feature where you can have your character moved to Westfall. Try opening a ticket and looking through the options to find this action.

No, it exists.
The only option I see, in the stuck menu , is to transfer to Graveyard.
I will give you a directory to the option once I find it myself.
Game Menu>Help>Open a Ticket>scroll down and click “I would rather categorize the issue”>In-Game Issues>Character Problem>Unable to Move
Just so you know, the forums isn’t a bypass to the ticketing system. You can try the technical support forum.
DIY character move:
Old post but for future reference: If the DIY Move sends you to the same spot with no Spirit Healer, you have two options:
If Tirisfal Glades is set to the Past: Go to Undercity, enter it, go to the Spirit Healer and revive. You’ll be transported to the broken tower where there is no Spirit Healer, so don’t be afraid to do it.
If Tirisfal Glades is set to the Present: You’ll have to walk. The nearest Spirit Healer that I found was outside Andorhal, near Uther’s Tomb. (Maybe there’s a closer one, if so please comment).
Really old, it should not have been bumped. The stuck system was updated recently to allow a ticket to be placed if the automated system has not been able to help.
