I have 3+ million gold on my retail main on the Icecrown realm. The button to add 30 days for 226000 gold is gray, saying I don’t have enough gold on that realm.
Edit - Semi-fixed: I logged in a sub level 20 character, and then when I switched back to my main the button was no longer gray. Seems like a bug that should be fixed.
When was the last time you paid for WoW game time with a credit card/paypal? Either buying direct game time for using a Sub?
They changed the rules a couple years ago so that if you have not spent real money since 2017 on game time that you can’t sub using gold.
EDIT - never mind. Looks like issue is solved!
A month ago when the same problem happened. I did fix it this time by logging in a level 20 and switching back to main.
