I cannot reply to any post, what is going on?
Posting outside the Support forums requires an active WoW account with game time on it. If your sub is processing, or just renewed, it may take some time for the forums to catch up to the status. Logging in and out a few times can help force a data refresh.
Could that be your issue?

If you purchased the Skyborn Epic pack and expected the game time to be active now, it is not. You will get the 30 days when Forever launches next month.
That has been one of the biggest misunderstanding surrounding forum posting abilities as of late.
