Accidently exchanged dreaming crests, how is this not refundable? I was purchasing crests to the next tier and accidently bought one of the lowest tiered crests because for some reason that is an option. If I’m buying literally 90 crests to get 15 of the highest (aspect’s Dreaming Crest) how and why is it an option to buy blue crests that are basically worth little or nothing? I would have had 63 Aspect’s Dreaming Crest and because of this mistake I’m at 19. I can’t submit a ticket because the dropdown menu of “enter realm” doesn’t give me an option, I have the screenshots of before and after purchasing I just don’t see how this can’t be refunded. - Thanks
Unfortunately, the CS department doesn’t make development decisions such as this.
Generally speaking, if the game doesn’t have an in-game feature for refunding the purchase, then the GM team is typically not allowed to either.
It is 100% up to us as players to be cautious and aware of our purchases. Some items have refund timers, while others do not. The reason you can’t put in a ticket for something like this is because it’s not something a GM can fix for you unfortunately.
