Received the code to Ichabod this morning. Could not claim it, stating an issue and that i should try later. Tried now and getting

So, now what?

The code actually has 2 lines in the message. Make sure you are entering the whole code. I made that mistake a few times.
I’ve entered it as shown, XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX-XXXX-XXXX but no go. It seems others are experiencing the same issue from the link Evilmuffin had posted. Shouldn’t be surprised really, just waste of money.
OMG this was it the whole time! There were 4 characters hidden on the line above that starts with “Click here to redeem your code: XXXX-” THANK YOU
