Cannot reach loot Antorus burning throne and loot bag cursor wont show up

After killing I cannot loot Kin’garoth. The mouse cursor turned into the loot bag but when i tried clicking on the dead boss, he is way down in his hole and my character kept running against the divider and cannot loot. also on another character, i killed Gorothi world breaker. his corpse would sparkle like there is loot but i cannot click on it. the mouse never turned into the loot cursor.

Kin'garoth corpse drops out of reach

I was doing mythic Antorus, the Burning Throne on a Horde priest alt.  I progressed to Kin’garoth and killed the boss like any other, however on death Kin’garoth’s corpse didn’t just do the expected slumping over – the body unexpectedly fell to the bottom of the “well”. It doesn’t matter much if you’re doing a solo run like I was, however this could be problematic doing it in a group since you’ll be unable to trade loot.

Not to worry, you’ll receive all the loot in your mailbox once you leave the raid.
