Cannot queue for Cinderbrew Meadery

I have the quest “Worldsoul: Cinderbrew Medeary.” It tells me to beat Cinderbrew Meadery on normal or higher. I have completed the campaign. I am level 77. When I try to queue for Cinderbrew Meadery, it is not on the list of available dungeons. It is neither on the list of normal dungeons, or on the follower dungeons list.

This would be why, the dungeon requires level 80
