Looks like people on herod specifically cannot queue for bgs intermittently.
I wonder if blizzard is throttling how many people can queue at the same time:

You get the message “Someone in your group has already queue for that” when you are solo queuing and nothing is queued. Sometimes nothing happens when you press join battle. This happens regardless of queuing “First Available” or Specific AV #.

Either there is an stealth cooldown or queue system is throttling.
Same, started immediately after the WSG hotfix for the horde.
I’m also on herod and having the same issue
plz help. Same issue on Herod. Battlemaster for AV just doesn’t function 90% of the time.
Also on herod and queues are really messed up randomly. Tried relogging tried deleting cache reforming groups or solo queue. It’s broken.

I am also experiencing this issue. Posted earlier, Tried disabling addons, deleting WTF, restarting client, reloading UI, Restarting computer, closing client for 10+ minutes, restarted Bnet client. Been having the issue since the WSG queue hotfix
