Cannot put sockets on pvp necklace

Another day and still no answer and average wait time for ticket just goes up daily . I am not at all familiar with 6 day wait times for customer support.

THis problem has been going on for 1 week why we paying for a game that doesn’t work? I want refunds for everyone for 7 days we been playing wihtout socket

This is the kind of stuff that makes me not want to play this game. I try every expansion in hopes that maybe they will get it together this expansion and then a full week of no response or acknowledgement that they are working on a fix.

got this response from my almost one week old ticket

" I did my best to help you and I saw that we have received several reports of this issue and can confirm it is not working as intended. We have planned a hotfix that will be applied as soon as possible."

Hopefully this hotfix comes soon.

I had the exact same experience, and then when responded to a second time, my message was ignored and they said “we fixed the necklaces with this problem, the problem is yours is under 350 ilvl” but had they looked for even half a second would have realized what they were saying to me was wrong. So yeah, bumped to forums, then pretty much ignored. Classic Blizz! Thanks for ignoring me!

still an issue, affects rings and other items that should be able to be socketed as well.

Can confirm after maintenance it’s still not fixed - also received a response saying they had identified the issue & were working to correct it.

My single biggest regret right now is buying a one year sub…what a waste of money

According to support, there is no known issue.

However, Crimson Gladiator’s Amulet cannot be modified with the Tiered Medallion Setting of any tier.
