Has there been any update on this from Blizzard? Is this problem happening to everyone? Or just us special cases? I have other characters I need to buy this piece on and dont want to waste the conquest points on it until I know its been fixed.

My pvp neck still cannot be socketed . Ticket says 4days 12 hours.
I wonder if I should take the gamble and just burn conquest and buy another at this point.

My original ticket said 3 days, 4 hoursā€¦ it has since bounced up & up & up until now says 4 days 15 hoursā€¦ Great way to treat customers. The customer service gets worse & worse/more robotic with every patch. Care about people my a**!
