Hey,
I pre-purchased WoW forever with the Sky borne package on my EU account. I have always used this account and was able to pre make my characters on her.
For an unknown reason the subscription was cancelled twice again, and when I tried to repurchase it again, it said: 'This account cannot make purchases from the Battle.net Shop.
Not sure why this happens? I already contacted support but hope to solve it before launch. Did anyone else have a similar problem and are there solutions for this? Hope there is something I can try.
