I pre-purchased the Epic Edition of the War Within, and have received access to the Beta. However, I cannot actually post in the In Development forums. Has anyone else had this issue?

Meaning, they are only taking feedback from people accepted to beta, but not those who paid for beta.
You can still do bug reports in game, but are gating people who are only in due to a purchase. Just look at the posts here from people who don’t know what beta really even is. (People complaining the game isn’t release ready).

Try relogging, but also keep in mind the forums are slow to update trust levels. So it may take a week.
Not even kidding. That’s how long it took me to get back my permissions after I was supposed to get them back.
Honestly Blizzard isnt so smart… If they invite people to beta but give only specific players the ability to make posts in TWW forums section then you will get a flood of posts placed in the General Discussion forums. I mean… I could of thought of that. It also sort of alienizes your playerbase.
All you need to do to be able to post in the beta section is log in and out of the forums.
I just did it and now I can post there.

This is false and has never been the case.
Was just a guess. But you are correct. Logging out and back in allowed access.
