2 of my toons are stuck in Winterspring. Everytime I try to log them, I smash to a disconnect error. And it is only these toons, all others are Available. Just a warning to others don’t do what I did!
have you tried putting in a ticket for a stuck character? Or using the self help option posted Here

If you are in a bad condition - the game will try to move you at login, but it sometimes takes several attempts, and isn’t always possible.
You can pop in a ticket to have the characters moved by a Game Master if all else fails.
