Cannot log into account

Could use some help if anyone would know:
My husband is trying to get his WoW account back up and running. However, he doesn’t remember his password and to reset the password, he needs his authenticator. He no longer has that authenticator and he also has a new number. Is there a way around it? Cuz we looked at every support ticket option and we cant figure it out.

That link should lead you to a ticket to remove the authenticator. If it asks him to log in first, there will be an option that says I cannot log in.
Currently support seems to be acting up so I couldn’t get further in the process at the moment.

But that should hopefully get you on the right track. If not, yes, post over in Customer Support.
