Cannot log customer support ticket

I’ve been trying to create a ticket with support about the Night Fae Covenant Skip not being offered on this character when its worked perfectly fine for two of my other characters. Lady Moonberry does not offer the skip! However when i try to log the ticket either in game or on the web it gives the error.

“You can’t submit this ticket.
An error has occurred. This may be a temporary error, so please try again later.”

This is really annoying I most def do not want to do the campaign again …

That’s the second time I have seen someone say this. The only thing I can think of is to submit a website bug report. I’m sure a blue will comment when the get in the office.

Per a reply this morning it should be cleared up, if you can try again.

Happened AGAIN to me just now

There have been a couple issues recently, but to my knowledge tickets should be working.

If you are submitting from the support link above, perhaps try clearing your cache/cookies or even a different browser or device.

used diff browser, cleared cache/cookies, still happening

tried it again, same issue… since this happened before when I changed my ticket, I tested again… instead of the proper fill out, I just put “testing” and it went through fine… I then added on the normal description afterwards

Ive managed to log the ticket successfully using my mac and safari. I did not try to do this from in game or on my windows pc. Fingers crossed they can actually fix the issue.
