Cannot list a mythic plus key

I have a key, and have bnet authenticator attached to my account. The game has told me since Dragonflight that I do not have an authenticator even though I do.

At any rate, the dungeon finder will not let me list a key. I have /reloadui and relogged.

Do you also have Phone Notifications enabled?

You should be able to list a key without it, but you need both to edit the custom text for group finder.

In addition, only accounts that have been secured with a Battle.net Authenticator and Phone Notifications can add custom text to the Pre-made Group Finder listing. If you don’t have an Authenticator or Phone Notifications, you can use the Pre-made Group Finder, but you will not be able to write custom text on your listing.

So I have phone notifications enabled. It will still not let me list the key, or edit the key description.

I was not able to edit the key description in Dragonflight, even with Battle.net Authenticator.

Edit: The game is at the same time, telling me I do not have a keystone, which I do. I think this is more of the problem than the authenticator issue.

If that is the case, that you do have an authenticator and phone notifications enabled, and can’t list a key, then you’ll have to submit a bug report so the QA can investigate.

Are you using a physical Authenticator or the phone app? If using physical Authenticator then that is the problem as the old one is running out of power and no new ones (with non expired batteries)are available so you would need to move to the app for it to work properly.

I’m using the Bnet phone app.

Edit: So I seem to have fixed my issues, by doing a m+, and exchanging my key out at the end. Not sure why this fixed the listing issue, but it did.
