I cannot interact with npcs or flight paths or portals, is there anything i can do?
If you have the AtlasLoot add-on, try disabling it completely. There were some very vexing mouse issues that were driving people crazy, but it was discovered that particular add-on was the cause of a healthy chunk of the issues.
I’d also recommend a proper reset UI.
A LOT has changed. Fresh installs of all addons wouldn’t be a bad idea - making sure the addon has been updated for Shadowlands.
If you just rename or move your WTF, Cache and Interface folders, you could recover them easily if you prefer not to delete them outright.

Turning off “Load Out Of Date Addons” fixed the issue for me.
