I have done so many quests to try to open up the chain of 8.3 on a Horde toon I recently transferred to Horde. Despite many hours opening up zones and doing lots of quests, etc., I still have not gotten the quest yet to start the new patch. I have put in a ticket but no response yet. I am considering asking for transfer back to Ally and refund if this cannot be fixed soon. Her name is Katalinamoon and she is on Tichondrius Horde.
PRetty much wait on your ticket faction changes usualy mess with things and require divine intervention from GM.

Does your new faction have access to Nazjatar? Just asking since that is required for the new content.
I’m not sure if you would need to redo the Nazjatar quest chain for your new faction or not, but just wanted to cover the bases.

Yeah I opened it on Horde even though am revered already. Went way beyond just having access and portals after lots of searches for how could get the quest to pop up for 8.3 
Do you mean the Eve of Battle, Catalinamoon? It looks like you have already completed most of the Black Empire quests and currently have “Ny’altha, the Waking City: The Corruptor’s End”.
The Eve of Battle is part of the War Campaign, which I believe you would need to complete much of the Horde sides version to qualify for. For Eve of Battle you need to have completed “Stay of Execution”.
Do you see any War Campaign quests available you can take?

This is the toon I am talking about. I’m sure I am missing something Horde but I do not know what it is, where it is, nothing is popping up. I even did a long chain called Cycle of Hatred but when got done could not turn it in, and did a pretty long chain opening Nazjatar on this horde. Not sure what missing sorry. Right now I do not have any quests and the toon I am supposed to get a pop up for Valeera is just standing in zuldazar no quest on her though. I also have the achievement Ready for War. Do you mean Warfronts? I have close to never played Horde last 14 years so not sure what missing. Wish there were a website some place that I could test what have done and what need 
No, Warfronts are entirely different. Those are the PvE battles that take place in Darkshore, Stromgarde, etc…
The War Campaign is the story line that runs through the entire expansion that involves the War between the Horde and the Alliance. In this case the campaign for 8.3 would be the one that starts with “The Eve of Battle”.
Just to be clear the character you are having trouble with is the Troll Druid on Tich, which used to be this Night Elf Druid on Emerald Dream, yes?
Do you see in your quest log that you have “An Unwelcome Advisor” and “The Eve of Battle”? It is strange because “An Unwelcome Advisor” is an Alliance only quest, and you seem to have already started the quest line on the Horde side. Also, the version you seem to have for “the Eve of Battle” is the Alliance version as well.
First, try abandoning “An Unwelcome Advisor”, you don’t need that. Abandon “the Eve of Battle” quest as well and see if you can pick up the Horde version from Lor’themar Theron, who should be outside Orgrimmar.
As for the cloak quest line, as I said it looks like you already stated it and should be able to pick up the quest with “The Halls of Origination”. Head to Uldum, towards the entrance of the Halls of Origination, Magni should be waiting there for you.
If you aren’t able to get those quests, or see the ones I mentioned in your quest log, can’t see the NPCs, etc… I’d recommend submitting a ticket using the “Stuck on Quest” option.

Yeah thank you. I did drop the quests but nothing to pick up that I can see in Org or Zuldazar. That ad Lor’themar Theron have not seen outside Org he is in Silvermoon lol but has no quest. I will use a “Stuck on Quest” for that one. I did find Magni though in “The Halls of Origination” was surprised because did not remember getting any quest that told me to go there. Thank you very much for this help and advice I’m going to get a cloak now which was what wanted the most.
