I cannot faction change it says its still on cooldown. The character I am trying to faction changed has not been changed in months and months maybe a year or more. Keeps saying it is on cooldown.

You might want to wait a bit anyway, but is the character you are trying to perform the service on the owner of a house on the account?

Character services (faction change, server change, etc.) are bugged and stuck, so it seems likely to me that this is how they decided to prevent the issue from trapping more players.

What am I waiting for? and also no house.
It’s broken, loads of faction change or server transfers stuck, My char is stuck since yesterday.
Im on 60 hours for a faction change and 24 hours for payment failure ticket.
That’s the last snipe I intend to moderate, Pvesucks, please stop.
