Can a customer representative help me delete a character or clear the mail? I am unable to delete this trial character because it says the character has mails in the mailbox.
I have opened a support ticket that includes the details regarding the character name and realm.
PS: I dont have a subscription on this wow license
You have taken the correct route to correct this. Just wait on your ticket to get answered.
I just wish it gets magically resolved sooner by opening a post.
Unfortunately theres no gms on the forums and the blues wont be in till morning and there usualy hands off in this case.
If worst comes to worst, you’ll just have to wait 30 days for the mail to expire and then you can delete it.
You can try using the mail recovery system from the blizzard website. Might be able to delete the mail from there.
Might just have to wait out the 30 days to expire and self delete.
