Cannot create groups - I have the authenticator installed

Hi,

I installed the authenticator. The status says it’s active. I do not see an option to enable SMS protect in the security tab.

How can I fix this?

I think you just need your phone number verified. So, on the account overview, it would would come up with something like this

If the phone number verified is not checked, then you won’t have it 100% for the security.

The phone number is verified. I have the same check marks you have.

I see both, have you relogged since you put these on? If not, it’s likely just an update issue.

I guess the next question is - which group are you trying to create and using what tool?

The Group finder lets anyone create a group. The only thing limited by the security features is the custom group title.

You are not silenced or anything are you? Don’t have Parental Controls or something set up that would limit social functions?

On this account. I logged out of all devices then relogged int.

I was trying to create a M+ group for a friend. I don’t have any restrictions on my account.
