Cannot Create Character Stuck Support Ticket

I have 2 characters stuck under the world due to not believing in object permanence.
Generally in this situation, I’d use the character unstuck self-service tool and it’d be fine. It has an 8 hour cooldown but that’s fine.

However, the page is not loading for me. I have tried on multiple browsers, and it just continues to load until it shoots out an error message, so I can’t access Character Unstuck right now. It’s been that way for a week or so.

I figured I’d put in a ticket to get it resolved that way instead, but the menus just loop back to the non-functioning character unstuck service that is not working for me. There is no option to continue to submit a ticket. If I even so much as think that it’s a “character issue”, I have no ability to actually put in a ticket.

So what am I supposed to do?

Lie and say it’s a Shop issue or something so it actually lets me make a ticket?

If the automated service doesn’t work you should get an option to open a ticket via this link.

Not sure why the service is not loading for you though. You should try that first, and if it does not work it should give you the second option, the above link while the automated service is on cooldown.

Yeah idk why but it just kept looping back to trying to get me to use the self-service. It never gave me the “I still need help” option it just forced me to categorize my issue which feeds into the tool.

(As for the self service not loading, no idea, I’ve used it plenty before)
