Cannot contact Blizzard

I opened a ticket to remove the authenticator. Because I did not update my phone number and get verification code I am on threshold of losing a 18 year old account. I clicked on the email sent to me “Review your case”. I see my ticket and at bottom there are 2 options “Mark as Resolved” , which is highlighted blue by the way and placed in a way where I almost click it every time, or “Respond”. I click “Respond” and get yet another page where I have 2 choices. One is “Web Ticket 24/7” or “Live Chat” which is unavailable.

I click on web ticket and a box opens up to respond with the requested answers. “Submit” is already greyed out. I paste answers in and attach a document and “submit” is still greyed out. I have tried three different browsers, incognito mode, private window as well. I have opened the pages in Safari and Windows. Every time the submit button is greyed out.

This is beyond frustrating how difficult it is to contact support and when I can I cannot. This is not the account the case is under but another account I have. I want the original acc ount back

Are you reviewing the guidelines for attachment submission, it might be the wrong format or size. It might also be a browser element blocking your attachment.

I know for a little while submissions were a bit buggy and one way around it was submitting a like blank or one letter reply or something like that then going back and editing it. You might try giving that a go.
