It does appear to be specific to Verizon Wireless on the west coast. There are some smaller ISP’s that use the Verizon network that are experiencing the issue, also. As of right now I think the best bet is contacting Verizon and letting them know the situation. If you happen to have the issue with any other websites or services, that would also be helpful to know.
Just to put more info out there… I did speak with the Verizon techs yesterday for prob 4-5 hours with the end result of their level 3 tech putting in a ticket. He seemed to document the issue very well and it asked for the website having issues specifically (battle.net). So hopefully we get it back sooner than later.
