I just just swapped covenant from Necrolord to Kyrian and I cannot interact with Haephus, i’ve tried abandoning the quest and reaccepting it multiple time with addons and without addons and it still doesnt let me interact with the npc

JESUS i have the same problem, changed covenant from venthyr to kyrian and i can accept the quest but i cannot speak to haephus he doesn’t give me anything yet the quest indicator tells me to talk to him. im so annoyed i been waiting 2 days to complete this f—ing quest and blizzard doesn’t ever answer the f—ing ticket its so frustrating. i cant keep advancing i tried removing my addons and re installing wow nothing helped. i tried getting a number to blizzard but i guess you can only contact them with a ticket which is a 19 day average wait time. GOOD LUCK

So basically, I found a fix ; you need to complete the calling and it will send you on a quest to talk to the same npc (Haephus) but this quest works this time.
I’m also having this issue…
Problem is I (like most people I assume) don’t have a calling quest yet.

According to the quest chain, the second appears complete but the first does not
Samee problem with the same automated “how to quest” guide auto-close response.
I am having this problem as well.
Well this toon is to be specific I tried to submit a support ticket and they are saying to come here cause they can’t do anything from there.
THIS ISSUE IS BEYOND INFFIRATING. Body seems unclear, is it a complete sentence?

Just y’know, no access to Soulbinds, Emissaries, Conduits, Weekly Events, Transport Networks, etc.

Well, my fault for not reading ahead of time, but I decided to try switching to Venthyr and then back to Kyrian. Definitely don’t do this. Apparently I’m not time gated from even getting my Kryian ability for 2 entire weeks now. I had renown 11 with Night Fae before I started this mess, but now I feel that I have ruined my character and all of my progress.

i am having same problem but to the persons saying the calling thing i have no calling so i cant do anything i am just stuck now i can lvl my renown or do anything
You can actually level your renown through certain content, like raid bosses, but overall its not gonna catch you up till its fixed.
They really need to fix this.
