Hello, I was wondering if anyone could help me claim the bananas pet. I claimed daisy and bananas and when I went in game daisy was there but no bananas. I looked online and tried to find help myself but I’m still unable to claim bananas. Steps I did: Log in/out of game & battle.net, disabled addons, did /reload ui, and a full reset ui as well and still no luck.
Try going into the shop, under pets. You should be able to claim it there for free.

It says I already claimed it.
Edit: I checked on the website and through the launcher, same deal.
It’s not showing in your armory, but try playing with your filters, then check for any unwrapped gifts. I don’t remember Bananas being wrapped though.

I’ve looked through my pets tab, the filters are all checked and bananas is showing as gray. I went to the gifts page and it’s saying I have no gifts.
You claimed it on this license, then logged into that license?
It’s not uncommon that people have more then one, or even one in both regions (US and Europe), being that your account can have 8.
You can also try changing your password, this might refresh your account.

Beyond that, you may need to put in a ticket, as I as a fellow player has no means to actually check anything.
It could also just take a bit of time for this to process, even for a free pet claim.

Yes, I do have multiple licenses, (all NA,) but I only have one I actually use. I claimed them both on this license. I hope it is a time issue, but I did put in a ticket anyways. I wasn’t sure what catagory, I did it under issue not listed here.
Edit: I appreciate your time and help. Hopefully bananas will find his way to me lol.
Update, at the moment of making this thread I had an inactive sub. I renewed and when I logged in (again,) bananas showed up. Wonder if that did it? Anyways, I have a new question. How do I cancel a ticket?
You should be able to update/cancel a ticket from your case history page on the support website:

I never unwrapped Bananas as a present. But I was happy when I looked under my mounts and there he was… =)
