I’ve had this happen. Logging out of the forums and clearing browser cache and then logging back in helped in my case.
not gonn happen.
Did this on my PC and all my characters are still unavailable the only reason I can post on this one is because this one is still selected on my phone.
what browser you using if i may ask?
something is busted with the forums. I have the forums cached on Edge windows desktop, so no problems there. When I log in to the forums with my iphone or ipad I get “You need a level 10 character to post on the forums” and I cannot select any characters.
Then tried using inPrivate on Edge (windows desktop) and now get the same message. The forums can’t see any of my characters for some reason with fresh logins.
I just had the same thing hit me about three hours ago. So I’ve been on mobile ever since. I’ve used chrome, Firefox, opera, and edge. I’ve cleaned out all the cache, cookies and history on each of them and I have logged out and back in again. None of them are working. Yet chrome on my iPhone seems just fine even though it won’t let me change characters. It will at least still allow me to post. This is kind of ridiculous. this is the fourth time it’s happened in as many months.
on firefox I am able to post obviously but cant switch characters.

Update, issue seems to have resolved itself.
