So latly ive been bored of wow and went to cancel my sub… but low and behold it says my account is inactive and cant cancel it yet my launcher and my credit card say i still do lol, um let me cancel my sub thx.
Do you have more than one wow account by any chance?
Yes i have 3 and all three are inactive on the page i only used my main one for the last 3 years
Do you have your payments filtering through paypal? Sometimes you have to go in and cancel in their interface too.

Out of curiosity, when was the last payment made? Did it actually go through successfully? If it’s recent, does your credit card account show the transaction as pending/awaiting authorisation etc?
Last charged was july 11th so should be renewing soon
It looks like the WoW license with the active subscription was just up to be rebilled, Bhaaloobhaee. It might still be processing.
If you look under your Games and Subscriptions do you see the license (should start with an “S”) that has the Manage option?
That is the one that has the active subscription. If your current sub is processing you might need to wait until you can cancel but try clearing your browser’s cookies/cache to see if that helps.

I’d leave it for a day or so. As the renewal is very close, you’ve left it a bit too late to cancel it seems.
Let it go through. You can request a refund.

Does it say Add a subscription? The subscription would have been billed 8/9 at 20:10 UTC, which was yesterday, so it may still be processing. Give it 24 hours. The Manage option should appear after that.
If it persists after that I’d recommend submitting a ticket so our staff can take a look.
