I can’t add my MasterCard that I’ve been using for a couple years now. I just get a non descript error message “An Error Occured” I did have the information previously saved but the system wouldn’t allow me to use the card. So, i deleted my cache and cookies and the saved payment information. but when i tried to re enter the info i got the error. I would actually like to start playing again!
Just out of curiosity, is it an unemployment debit? I know there have been standing issues with those.
No, the EDD cards have the Visa logo, not Mastercard.

Nope, I’m in Canada, but I got on the phone with my card company and apparently there is a problem with my card.
As an aside, is it possible to pay for a sub with a debit card? I see it listed in the help article but not when I choose a payment method
As long as the debit card has either a visa or mastercard logo attached to it, you should be able to use it. It all depends on the bank and their policies for those cards.

Ah, okay, thanks for the info.
It sometimes helps to remove all payment methods, then add one rather than trying to either change from an existing method or changing card info.

i’m in Canada as well and use my visa debit for my sub, so as long as your bank allows it, you should be able to use it without issue. if you are receiving an error when trying to add it, i would switch to another browser or even using the browser on a phone or tablet and using data.
