Provisioner Dracho is supposed to have a quest that will allow me to access the black market but I’ve checked him in both Wayne Crypt Hill and Old Gate on two different max level characters and he has no quest for me.
Any one else have this problem?
Oh and I also disabled my addons to see if that would help. It did not.
Bmah was moved to the df and no longer avalable in shadowlands. They always move it every expac. On the bright side if u unlocked the mechagnome zone u can build a portable bmah.
If you wish to access the Black Market Auction House, you can do so in Valdrakken.
Entrance is on the ground level in the Petitioner’s Concourse of Thaldraszus. That is below the Daycare and down to the side a bit.

Fun fact. The old Revendreth BMAH NPC still causes your mouse to switch to a bag icon, indicating he is a merchant/interactable NPC of some sort. Obviously during SL this was because he was the BMAH NPC. So now all it does is confuse people.
They always remove the BMAH, but they leave the quests to unlock it, which is a major feelbad moment. I recall that happening to me as a new player in WoD, where I did a questline and got a nice letter from the BMAH NPC in Pandaria who had been running it, saying I could now use it there. But of course it wasn’t there, had already been removed with no indication of what had happened.
The one in your garrison never allowed you to buy. It was only ever a viewer. The BMAH was in Nagrand.
